Fog light relay in in the fuse box under the hood, it's listed on the inside of the cover. You can swap the normal headlight relay with that one to see if that's the problem. For the switch, pull the plug off the back of the switch and jumper across the pins. You have to have a known working relay in place first ... fensterlayout
