WebBS is literally the best way to describe this service. Had centurylink for years and it was bad but since it switched to Brightspeed it has been out more than on. The last few nights we are having outages that start around 11pm and run until 10am. When I could get someone on the line, they claimed it was weather. WebBrightspeed is incredibly awful.
