The problem is the time that the cash register attendant goes off duty. Yes, I am in the middle of surgery, or an x-ray or whatever and zap time to go home. The two extra hours only makes the Sim stay eight hours or nine hours. I wish we could have a staff room at the hospital (most do) where interns etc. take naps between shifts or on call etc.
