Does that mean 7 sets of 2 minutes on followed by two minutes off? WebFor the cts test : It’s 8 minutes, full on, twice. You can make yourself a workout file or just ride in zwift with a stop watch. Then you need to be able to analyse what your best average power was for the 8 mins interval. Both intervals should be close but you take the best one, and that’s the CTS number you base the workouts on.
