WebYes it is abliest to say a disabled person shouldn't have kids. I will say that my disability is one (just one, I have a few) of the reason I will never have kids. But each person needs to decide that for themselves. If you are not capable of taking care of a child then you shouldn't have one. And that's not limited to people with disabilities.
