It will show the same SLA as the parent incident. My below script returns the correct number of records that should be updated. WebRaB1can • 20 min. ago. I would use a fix script, you can check a field on it (I forget the name but something like rollback) which allows you to undo the change if needed. You just need to create a glove record for the table, add your query (sys_id IN array of sys_ids) then call the deleteMulple method.
