I installed Windows 10 Pro, 64-bit (version 1909; OS Build 18363.592) on my Dell XPS 8900 desktop at the first of the year. WebApr 14, 2012 · Canon MP620B won't scan. I had to buy a new computer because my old one suddenly died. Old was XP, new is Windows 7. On new computer, scan doesn't work. Finally got it to scan using Windows Fax and Scan, but can't handle multi-page documents as old computer did. Every page has to be stored as a separate document.
