Based on three-dimensional reconstruction imaging, we planned to divide the hilum structures in the order of the pulmonary vein, bronchus, and pulmonary artery and finally resect the lung parenchyma by dividing the intersegmental plane and interlobar fissure. WebThe lung roots, or hila (singular – hilum), are complicated anatomical structures containing the pulmonary vessels and the major bronchi, arranged asymmetrically. Although the hilar lymph nodes are not visible on a normal chest X-ray, they are of particular importance clinically. Often, hilar enlargement is due to enlargement of these nodes.
